I'm only a couple episodes in and have been concerned about how Dexter would be going forward. New Blood, while not my favorite season, at least gave a far better conclusion to the franchise than Season 8. I became far more optimistic once I saw how great Original Sin was and the respect it gave to the source material and fanfare. So far, Resurrection is above my expectations and is shaping up to be a great season to be talked about in line with season 1-4.
